1.   All animals must have current vaccination records, from a

       veterinarian.

• For Dogs: DHLPP, Rabies, Bordetella
• For Cats: FVRCP, Rabies, FELV

2.   Bringing your pet's usual food is optional.

       Please divide portions up into baggies per meal.

3.   All Sunday check-outs must be pre-arranged and pre-paid.

4.   We check in guests everyday, excluding Holidays.

5.   We check out guests everyday, excluding Holidays.

6.   Please allow at least 15 minutes per animal for the check-in

       process to be completed.

7.   Dog and Cat Suites require a 2 night reservation deposit during peak times.

8.   Reservation deposit is refundable up to 3 days before check-in date.

9.   All accommodations charged by night. Additional day charge for departures after 11 AM.

       Sunday check in/check out by appointment only

10.  Forever Friends will perform a pre-entry evaluation, including checking for fleas, ticks and

         general health issues.

• If we decide a physical condition exists that may put other guests at risk,                                 we will not board your pet.

11.  You may bring your pet's personal bedding and toys, should you desire.
